Montly Poll!

Current Poll

12th July - 12th August 2008

The Goths are clearly the winners here with a staggering 49% of the vote. They're our favourites here at TS3F too. The Pleasants and Mrs. Crumplebottom came at a tied second with 45% each. The thrid most popular being the Caliantes. The real question now is; Will any of these families make it into The Sims 3? Stay local as we recieve more info.

12th May - 12th July 2008

Due to personal delays this poll ran on for 2 months. As you can see the most popular opinion was that The Sims 3 is simply too far away and that the public clearly want The Sims 3 sooner rather than later with 35% (83 votes) opting for "No it;s too far away, I want it this year". Coming in a close second was "No I want it now" with 31% (74 votes). Surprisingly only 23% of players are entirely happy with the release date. Only 2 players who voted feel 2009 is too soon and want The Sims 3 years from now instead.

12th April - 12th May 2008

Well, judging by the results of this poll The Sims 3 is going to be a good seller with 92% of voters claiming they will buy The Sims 3 at some point and 77% saying they will buy it as they are "Die Hard" Simmers. 4% said they'll need more info before they decide which is completely understandable as we are still pretty much in the dark about the game.Only 3% think it depends on the price. It seems everyone who voted has/can afford a PC to run it and finally a mere 2% said there is no way they will buy it.

12th March - 12th April 2008

The "New Seamless Neighbourhood" is clearly the winner here. I think we can safely assume Simmers are officialy sick of loading screens. I agree. Coming in last was "More Advanced Building Software" with only 4% (14 votes). I think this was to be expected as Simmers are more than happy with the current building system. Let's hope EA integrates a similar tool into The Sims 3. There are clearly a lot of builders out there.
